Gluten-Free Brand Compilation
Hi! My name is Aanya. I am a 14-year-old from the suburbs of Chicago. I am a food blogger, ‘End Allergies Together’ Ambassador, and an Alan App ambassador.
Do you remember how you felt when you were first diagnosed with your allergies or celiac disease? I sure do.
When I was diagnosed with celiac in 2018, I was in a state of confusion and worry. Thoughts about how I would adjust to my new lifestyle swarmed my head. Are there any tasty gluten-free foods? How will I know what foods are safe for me to eat? What brands can I eat? Do they have gluten-free pizza? How about bread?
Over time, I learned how to navigate my GF lifestyle and gained a vast knowledge of what brands and foods are safe for me to eat. But, exploring and experimenting took a LONG time.
Lately, I’ve been getting many questions from newly diagnosed celiacs about what brands and products are gluten free and safe for them. These conversations remind me of the confusion I faced when I was first diagnosed. Keeping my own experiences in mind, I wanted to take a step to break this cycle.
Over the last month, I compiled a list of hundreds of celiac/gluten allergy-safe brands and products. This list is categorized by product and has direct links to where you can find those items on each brand’s website.
My hope is that this resource will help those who are newly diagnosed or those who are looking to expand their options, find more GF brands and break the cycle of confusion!
