Amelia's Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (halved)

  • ½ cup Cranberries (dried)

  • ½ cup Pecans (halved)

  • 1-2 Tbsp Minced garlic (depending on how much you love garlic)

  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil

  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp Sea salt

  • 1-2 tsp Black pepper (ground)

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. In a medium bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.

  3. Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Serve warm.
